VPNWK Subscription Support
Start with the stage where the issue occurs: account and configuration, app connectivity, route performance, or orders and refunds. Expand a question to view troubleshooting guidance. If you are new, begin with the getting-started guide; when you need to check account status, open the user dashboard.
Account Details · Configuration Management
Account & Subscription
Confirm the account and subscription source before handling installation, importing, or device migration. Protect your sign-in details, and protect the access credentials contained in your configuration.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required—you can register with a username and password. Store both in a trusted password manager and keep them separate from credentials used on other sites. Before opening the dashboard, confirm that you are visiting vpnwk.com and avoid entering account details on pages from unknown sources. Not needing an email address does not mean your account details can be discarded; make sure you can sign in again before using the service. If you have trouble accessing your account, describe the page and message where the problem occurred. Never include your password in screenshots or public discussions.
Where can I get the client and subscription?
Use the client download entry on this site to open the user dashboard. You must sign in to obtain a subscription, and download eligibility depends on having an active plan. VPNWK supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Once in the dashboard, follow the instructions for your platform. The client is the connection tool; the subscription provides the route configuration linked to your account, and both work together. After installation, import the subscription as instructed in the dashboard, then confirm that the configuration appears in the client. A completed download does not mean a connection has been established.
How do I update a subscription link, and when should I import it again?
When the route list has not changed, first find subscription or configuration management in the client, select the subscription currently in use, and run an update. Then review the result. Menu names vary between clients, so follow the interface you are using. If the update fails, confirm that your local network works and that your account plan is active, then return to the user dashboard to verify the subscription source. Obtain and import a new link only after confirming that the saved link has expired or the dashboard says it must be replaced. Do not repeatedly add configurations with the same name, or you may select an old subscription when connecting.
Do I need to choose a new plan when switching devices?
Simultaneous online devices: unlimited. Switching devices does not require choosing a new plan. Sign in to the original account on the new device and follow the instructions for that platform to obtain the client and subscription; download eligibility still depends on an active plan. Using multiple devices does not create a separate data allowance for each device, so check usage against the records in the dashboard. Before disposing of or handing over an old device, remove saved subscription configurations and sign-in sessions, especially when the device is being given to someone else.
Can I send my subscription link to someone for checking?
A subscription link may contain access credentials and should be protected like a password. Do not send the full link, import QR code, or configuration file to public groups, online conversion pages, or unfamiliar tools. For troubleshooting, provide the client name, platform, error message, and steps already tried first. Before sharing a screenshot, hide account identifiers and subscription details. If you suspect the link has been exposed, report it through a dashboard ticket and check whether the dashboard offers a reset option. Deleting a local configuration alone does not invalidate external copies.
Basic Network · App Routing
Connections & Troubleshooting
Keep the exact error text and distinguish between the local network, subscription configuration, and target app. Start with checks that can be reversed rather than clearing the configuration immediately.
The client says it is connected, but webpages will not open. What should I check first?
Pause the proxy first and confirm that your local network can access everyday websites normally. If the basic network is also unavailable, resolve the network login, router, or access issue first. Then restore the proxy, confirm that the current configuration comes from an active subscription and that a route is selected, and check that system proxy settings or the network permissions required by the client are enabled. A connection toggle only means the client is attempting to take over traffic; it does not guarantee that a target website is available. Test different websites separately and note whether everything fails or only a specific service does before deciding whether to investigate the route or app settings.
Why does my browser work while a particular app does not use the proxy?
A browser and an app may use different network paths. Some apps follow the system proxy, others use independent network settings, and some may be routed directly by the client’s split-routing rules. First check whether the client can display requests from that app, then review the proxy mode and rule matching. If the client offers a global proxy or virtual network interface, use its instructions for a temporary comparison test, but do not assume these features are available on every platform. For workplace software, first confirm your organization’s network-use requirements.
Subscription import failed. Should I uninstall and reinstall the client?
Reinstallation should not be the first step. Identify whether the error occurs while reading the link, downloading the configuration, or parsing it. Then confirm that the copied content is complete, contains no extra spaces, and uses the import method provided in the dashboard for the current client. Next check the device time, local network, and plan status. If a working configuration already exists, keep it rather than clearing all settings immediately. If importing still fails, submit the exact error and steps taken through a ticket. Hide credentials in the subscription link, and never publicly send the full configuration as an ordinary attachment.
What should I do if the connection drops after switching networks or waking the device?
After switching networks, the existing connection may need to be re-established. Confirm that the new network itself works, then return to the client to check the selected route and connection status; disconnect and reconnect if necessary. If the issue consistently appears after the device sleeps, review background activity permissions and power-saving settings, changing only items related to the client. Avoid allowing multiple proxy tools to take control of the network at the same time. Note whether the failure occurs during wake-up, a network switch, or normal use—this is more useful for diagnosis than simply saying the connection drops often.
Which details are most helpful when submitting a support ticket?
Open a ticket from the user dashboard and include the device platform, client name, network environment, affected websites or apps, and the approximate time the issue occurred. Include the exact error text, whether the issue affects only certain routes, whether switching networks changed the result, and the steps you have already tried. Screenshots should show only what is needed for troubleshooting; hide passwords, subscription links, QR codes, and sensitive payment information. Add new results to the original ticket whenever possible so the same troubleshooting thread can be followed instead of submitting the same description repeatedly.
Region Selection · Real-World Performance
Speed & Routes
Choose routes based on the target service’s regional requirements and real-world task performance. Separating route issues from account restrictions and content licensing helps avoid ineffective switching.
There are many routes. How should I choose one for everyday use?
VPNWK covers 100+ countries / 180+ routes. First confirm which regions the target service allows, then compare real-world performance among eligible routes. A nearby location is a reasonable starting point, but it is not guaranteed to be faster: local carrier paths, transit conditions, and the target service’s entry point all affect performance. Work, browsing, and video streaming also prioritize different metrics, so judge a route by whether it completes your actual task smoothly. Refer to the directory and dashboard for route details; do not infer route type or platform support from a region name alone.
How can I tell whether peak-time slowdown is caused by my local network or the route?
Pause background downloads, cloud-drive syncing, and other network-heavy tasks, then reproduce the issue with the same app and content. Compare other routes in the same region and, where possible, test through a different access network. If every route is slow, local congestion or limited device resources should be checked first. If the issue is concentrated on a particular route, record the time and region and submit a ticket. Change one condition at a time; otherwise, changing the route, video quality, and proxy mode together makes it impossible to tell which adjustment helped.
Does lower latency always mean faster downloads and video?
Latency measures the waiting time for a request to travel back and forth. Sustained download capacity, connection fluctuations, and packet loss affect file transfers and video buffering, and none can substitute for another. The latency shown in a list may not be measured to the target service you are visiting, so ranking routes by the number alone is not a reliable way to predict performance. Keep the device, network, content, and video-quality settings as consistent as possible when comparing, and observe page response, loading behavior, and continuous playback. A single speed test is only a reference for that environment and cannot predict the same result at every time or in every app.
What should I do if streaming still shows a regional restriction after I switch regions?
First distinguish between a page that will not open, a failed sign-in, and specific content that will not play; each requires a different troubleshooting path. Streaming availability also depends on content licensing, account region, payment region, and platform rules. Switching routes does not automatically change those conditions. Check the target platform’s regional guidance, then close and reopen the app to confirm it is actually using the current proxy path. Do not use repeated region switching instead of checking account eligibility, and do not treat a region name in the directory as a promise that every library or video quality will be available.
ChatGPT and other AI tools will not open. Will switching routes fix it?
First identify where the error occurs. If the page will not load, check the route, proxy rules, and local network. If the page opens but sign-in fails, an account restriction appears, or payment behaves unexpectedly, also check the platform’s supported regions, account status, and service updates. Encrypted connectivity cannot change the target platform’s account requirements. Keep the region and browser environment consistent during troubleshooting to avoid triggering extra verification. The exact error text is more useful than a general statement that the page will not open. Hide account details and personal information from conversations when sharing screenshots.
Order Review · Refund Request
Billing & Refunds
Choose between a monthly plan and a data bundle based on usage frequency. Check order status, conversion details, and refund progress for a specific account in the dashboard.
What monthly plans are available, and when does the data reset?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB · ¥18/month with 250GB · ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and a mid-cycle upgrade converts the price difference into remaining days. When comparing plans, consider your video viewing, file transfers, and multi-device use before choosing a data tier; device count alone is not a reliable guide. The reset is based on the activation date, not automatically the first day of the calendar month. Check usage and active status for your account in the dashboard, and review the order details before making changes.
What is the difference between a data bundle and a monthly plan?
Data bundles: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB, valid until used and never expiring. Unlike monthly plans, which reset data each month on the activation date, bundles suit users who prefer to compare their usage frequency before choosing. “Never expiring” describes the bundle’s validity; it does not mean unlimited data or automatic replenishment after the allowance is used. If your account already has a monthly plan and you want to add or switch to a data bundle, first check how the products are shown as applicable in the dashboard. Do not assume that different products can be stacked, share a cycle, or deduct usage in a particular order.
Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my status does not change after payment?
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Start payment through the order flow in the user dashboard and verify the order details and selected method. If the payment provider shows completion but the dashboard has not updated, return to the original order and check its result before paying again. If questions remain, provide the relevant order details and payment result through a ticket, hiding unrelated account and transaction-sensitive information. A page failing to load, payment completion, and plan activation are separate stages; describing them separately helps support verify the issue accurately.
Why should I check the validity period again after upgrading a monthly plan mid-cycle?
A mid-cycle monthly-plan upgrade converts the price difference into remaining days, so it should not be treated as merely changing the data tier while leaving the original schedule untouched. Before making changes, verify the target plan, order details, and displayed active status in the dashboard, then continue only if they match your intended use. Afterward, check the account overview and the client’s subscription update result so you are not still viewing an old configuration. If the conversion result is unclear, submit a ticket for verification rather than calculating a discount, bonus allowance, or extra time from the plan prices yourself.
How do I request a refund, and must I finish troubleshooting first?
VPNWK offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user dashboard, submit a clear refund request through a ticket, and provide order details that support verification; eligibility is governed by the Terms of Use. Describing the issue can help the support team understand what happened, but completing every troubleshooting step is not a prerequisite for a no-questions-asked refund. Do not provide your password, full subscription link, or other sensitive information unrelated to verifying the order. Check the ticket for progress and the result; do not treat a fixed payout time as a promised condition.
