VPNWK Beginner Guide
Start with account setup and finish by verifying the connection in the order below. If you already have an account or subscription, use the step index to jump to the relevant section. Complete the process on your primary device first, then add other devices to make troubleshooting easier.
Account Setup
Create an Account and Save Your Credentials
Click “Free Trial” to open the VPNWK user panel, then follow the on-screen instructions to create an account with a username and password. No email address required. Choose a username that is easy for you to recognize without directly revealing sensitive personal information. Use a unique password that you do not share with other websites. Check your entries before submitting, especially letter case and spaces accidentally included during copying.
When you are done, follow the on-screen instructions to open the account overview. If you already have an account, use the “Log in” link in the header; there is no need to create another account for a different device. Save your username and password securely before choosing a plan. A trusted password manager is a good option; avoid keeping credentials in public notes, shared documents, or group chats.
“Free Trial” is the entry point to the panel. Check the panel for plan details and eligibility. At this stage, you are preparing the account—not confirming that an active subscription has been issued. If you remain on the login screen, first make sure the current account can sign in normally, then handle the order and client steps to avoid mixing information between accounts.
Choose a Plan
Review Your Plan and Order
After signing in, open the plans section in the panel. Choose the billing model first, then compare the data tiers. Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Consider your usual mix of office work, video streaming, and file transfers rather than choosing the highest tier just because you use several devices.
If your usage varies, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. The key difference is the data period: monthly subscription data is not retained permanently, and a data package does not automatically replenish after it runs out. For a full comparison, read the complete plan details before returning to the panel.
After choosing a plan, check the plan name, data allowance, and amount due in the order, then pay using an available method shown on the page. VPNWK supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; follow the checkout instructions. After payment, return to the account overview to check the plan status. If the payment result has not synced, check your order history instead of creating the same order again.
All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, but device count and data allowance are separate considerations. Keep an eye on your remaining allowance when using multiple devices. If you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is converted into remaining days; review the result shown in the panel before confirming. VPNWK offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. For order issues, describe the situation in a panel ticket instead of posting payment details publicly.
Get Your Subscription
Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview
After confirming your plan status, open the account overview in the user panel and find the subscription section. The subscription lets your client retrieve route settings associated with your account. It is not an installer and is not a URL to read like a normal webpage. Use the import option that matches your client whenever one is provided.
If the panel offers direct import, install and open the relevant client first, then return to the panel to start the import. Your browser may ask whether it can open an app; confirm that the app name matches the client you installed before continuing. If the client is not installed yet, read the download instructions below and return here afterward. Avoid copying the link and leaving it in your clipboard for a long time.
For manual import, use the panel’s copy function to copy the complete subscription link, then paste it into the client’s subscription URL field. Do not retype it from memory, remove parameters at the end, or mistake the panel page URL for the subscription link. If import fails, first check that the link was copied in full and that you used the subscription format specified by the panel instead of modifying the address at random.
Store the subscription link like account credentials. Before sharing a screenshot, hide the complete link, QR code, and account details. Do not paste the full subscription into a support ticket either. If you suspect the link has been exposed, check whether the panel offers a reset option or contact ticket support for guidance. After a change, the old configuration may need to be imported again; do not rely only on the copy already saved in the client.
Open the Account OverviewImport by Platform
Import the Subscription for Your Device
Open the download section from the user panel and choose the VPNWK client and instructions for your operating system. Sign in to get the subscription; download eligibility depends on an active plan. This page does not provide standalone installer links. If the panel says you are not eligible, return to the account overview to check the signed-in account and plan status instead of looking for an installer on an unfamiliar website.
The sections below cover common import locations in desktop proxy clients and mobile VPN clients. The same feature may be called “subscription,” “configuration,” or “configuration profile.” Follow the instructions for your platform in the panel. After importing, check the route list before enabling the connection; do not mistake a successful installation for an active configuration.
Get the ClientWindows: Desktop Client Configuration
In the panel’s download section, choose the Windows desktop client, install it as instructed, and open it. If another proxy tool is running, exit or disconnect it first to reduce conflicts between system proxy settings. Return to the panel and use the matching import option. For manual setup, find the add option in the client’s subscription or configuration section, paste the complete link into the address field, and save it.
After saving, use the client’s update or configuration download function and wait for the route list to appear. Then select the configuration you just added. If old routes remain visible, check the name of the active configuration instead of assuming import succeeded because the list contains routes. System proxy and tunnel modes may cover different traffic. On first use, enable the required mode according to the panel instructions; there is no need to turn on every advanced option.
macOS: Review System Permissions After Import
Choose the macOS desktop client provided in the panel and check the system and device requirements in the installation instructions. The first time you open it, macOS may show app- or network-related prompts. Confirm that each prompt comes from the client you just installed and follow the instructions; do not disable system security settings just to launch the app. Import the subscription after the client opens normally.
Use the panel’s import option to open the client, or add the subscription address in the client’s configuration section, then save and update it. If the connection requires permission for a network extension or similar component, follow the system prompts. The route list and system permissions are separate steps: if routes appear but access still fails, check whether the client has actually enabled the connection and whether the required permissions are complete.
Android: Add the Subscription and Approve the VPN Request
Choose the Android client in the panel and install it according to the instructions. Open the client and add the subscription in its configuration or subscription manager. If the panel offers app import, you can trigger it in the browser, then return to the client and confirm that the new configuration was saved. Some interfaces require a manual configuration update; choose a route after the route list appears.
When you connect for the first time, Android will usually display a system VPN connection request. Check the app name and allow it, then return to the client to monitor its status. If another VPN app is connected, disconnect it first. Background battery management can affect persistent connections; only investigate the relevant permissions in the device settings and client instructions if the connection drops after switching to the background. There is no need to relax every background restriction in advance.
iOS: Get and Add the Configuration from the Panel
First check the iOS acquisition method in the panel, then install a client that supports the subscription format using the provided App Store link and instructions. App availability may depend on the App Store account region; not finding an app does not mean the subscription is invalid. If the region does not match, check the current store and the panel guidance. Do not install configuration profiles from unknown sources or hand your store account to someone else.
After installation, use the import option provided by the panel, or add the link in the client’s subscription or configuration section. When enabling the connection for the first time, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration. Confirm that the request belongs to the selected client and follow the system authorization flow. Return to the client, select the imported configuration, and connect. Shortcuts may be a convenience feature offered by the client, not a requirement for basic connectivity; complete the manual connection flow first.
On Linux, use the same panel download section to find the relevant instructions rather than applying steps for another system. For more detailed permission and import guidance, see the Support page →.
Connection Check
Connect to a Route and Verify It Works
After confirming that the subscription is updated, select the active configuration and choose a route that meets the target service’s regional requirements. Start with your purpose rather than the route name: for ordinary web access, choose a route suitable for your current network; for region-specific content, also check the platform’s licensing and account requirements. VPNWK covers 100+ countries / 180+ routes. Available options depend on the current panel and client configuration.
After enabling the connection, check for any remaining authorization requests or error messages in the client. Open everyday websites in your browser, then visit the service you actually need. A connected status only means that the connection process is active; it does not mean every app will use the same route automatically. If the browser works but an app does not, check proxy mode and the app’s own network settings before reinstalling the client.
Keep other conditions unchanged while troubleshooting: switch routes first, reopen the target page, and see whether the result changes. Before changing modes, understand which traffic they affect. Do not switch routes, edit configurations, and change system settings at the same time; even if access returns, you will not know what fixed it. For services that require persistent sign-in, avoid frequently changing the exit region and watch for security verification prompts.
If a video will not play, the content catalog differs, or an account requests verification, the cause may involve regional rules, content licensing, or account status. Connection status alone is not enough to determine the issue. The basics end here; for more detailed route selection, quality requirements, and error analysis, read the Complete Access Guide → instead of adjusting complex settings during first-time setup.
After verification, use the same account’s subscription on other devices and install the client for each platform. VPNWK supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but every device must complete its own configuration and authorization. If you still cannot connect, troubleshoot by symptom on the Support page, or submit a panel ticket with the device system, client name, failed step, and screenshots with sensitive information covered. Do not include your full password or subscription link.
